About
The International Netcool® Users Group website is an independent resource in support of the Netcool® Suite of network management tools. The Netcool Suite has become one of the software industry's premier success stories because it solves complex problems in a simple way. It is designed to monitor large-scale networks in realtime, allowing network operators to quickly identify and address problems before they lead to trouble. Visit the IBM Tivoli Netcool website for more information on the Netcool Suite of products. The International Netcool Users Group was chartered to foster an open dialogue within the Netcool community and to provide a technical forum for sharing network and service management ideas and resources. In addition, the Group will liase with IBM's internal Product Management, Customer Care, and Market Development teams, providing a conduit for communicating Netcool customers' network and service management requirements as their needs evolve. This site depends heavily on input and feedback from all of our viewers. Thanks for your continued support, and let us know what we can do to make the site better.
