Job Description: This position will be migrating custom scripts, installing and configuring off the shelf software, and testing the results of these activities to ensure continued and improved functionality.

System Administration will support our client in the administration of the IBM Tivoli tool suite, to include maintenance, updates, rule definition, testing and upgrades. Netcool/APM allows network devices to connect and be monitored by a NOCC. This position with create rules, redefine rules, in order to set up alarms as well as allowing for translation from trip language to understandable English and a readable dash board interface. They will work with the NW device SME to test out the alarms to insure the rules are tripped according to the correct settings.
