NMS System Engineer

NMS Systems Engineer will develop and maintain Network Management Systems. Tools will include a variety of open source and commercial software running on both Windows and Linux systems.

Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with following skills:

· Experience with network management applications, either commercial or open source.

· Experience working with SNMP based tools

· Experience working in an environment monitoring or managing TCP/IP devices, including serviers and network infrastructure.

Desirable:

· Experience working with Cacti/RRDtool

· Background working in a datacenter environment or for an internet service provider

· Experience setting up network management applications monitoring large environments of servers and network infrastructure

· Experience with IP based internet services; DNS, SSH, SMTP
