Not Receiving Emails

If we are unable to deliver email to you, for a reasonable period of time, we will nonchalantly unsubscribe you without notice.  If you suddenly realize that you are no longer receiving email, please check that your subscription is still enabled and is not set to "no mail".

Rejected Email

If you are not a subscriber, rejected emails are normal.  If you are a subscriber, and your emails are rejected, please email admin@netcoolusers.org with specifics about the rejection and an explanation for why you feel the email should not have been rejected.

If you are unable to send email due to blocking, or your email is identified as spam, please consider correcting any information that is identified in the block/spam notification before contacting admin@netcoolusers.org.   If, you've exhausted all reasonable attempts at correcting the problem, then you can directly email Jim Popovitch or Jacob Steinberger (search the archives for our email addresses) asking for assistance.  Please don't email us if you haven't make an effort to correct the original problem.

Subscription Only

The users@netcoolusers.org mailing list is a subscription only list.  That means you must first subscribe in order to receive AND post to the list.    New subscribers are moderated by default until a such time as an admin feels comfortable removing your moderation bit.
